Born in the state of New York, Michele’s family relocated to Florida during her childhood. Growing up amidst the legacy of the Space Center, where her father worked, and with her mother contributing to Sun Bank & Gannett, Michele’s formative years were shaped by a unique blend of experiences.

Educated at institutions such as St. Mary’s School in Rockledge, MCC – Central Catholic High School in Melbourne, and Nova Law School, Michele has a solid academic foundation. Her commitment to the legal field is evident in her BAR admissions—Florida BAR in 1985, USDC Middle District in 1986, and the prestigious US Supreme Court in 2012.

Active in legal circles, Michele holds memberships in the Brevard County BAR Association, and Orange County BAR Association, and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator. Her involvement also extends to the Brevard Collaborative Association and the Central Florida Bankruptcy Association.

From five years with the Public Defender’s Office in Orlando to specializing in civil matters, especially mortgage foreclosures, at Shapiro & Fishman, Michele founded her solo law practice in 1995, initially as Michele A. Biecker, P.A., later evolving into Biecker Law LLC.
